You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The IQOS ILUMA ONE is the latest generation of heat-not-burn technology developed by Philip Morris. Unlike older IQOS devices, ILUMA uses a new SMARTCORE Induction System that heats tobacco without a blade. Because of this, it does not require manual cleaning and delivers a more consistent heating experience.

IQOS ILUMA is a tobacco-heating device designed to work exclusively with Terea SMARTCORE sticks. Instead of inserting a heating blade inside the tobacco stick, the ILUMA heats the tobacco from the inside using an induction coil. This allows more stable temperature control and reduces physical wear inside the device.
ILUMA contains a circular induction ring inside the holder. Each Terea stick includes a metal core.
When the device is activated:
The induction ring produces electromagnetic energy.
The metal core inside the Terea stick heats up.
The tobacco material warms evenly from the inside.
This method provides a smoother experience while preventing burnt residue, which older blade-based IQOS models sometimes produced.
Because there is no blade and no direct tobacco residue entering the device chamber, ILUMA users do not need to clean the device regularly.
Induction heating maintains a more stable temperature, giving users a repeatable and predictable session.
Older models had a ceramic blade that could break. ILUMA removes this issue entirely.
With zero residue buildup, the inside of the device stays cleaner over long-term use.
The ILUMA comes in multiple color variations, which differ only in design and finish. Functionality remains the same across all versions. The most commonly available colors in the UAE include:
