The Vaporesso Armour Ultra is a built-in-battery box mod kit from Vaporesso, paired with the brand’s iTank T sub-ohm tank. “Build in Battery” means the 5500mAh cell is sealed inside the device rather than a swappable 18650 – there is nothing to insert or replace, only to recharge.
The AXON chip lets you set your own wattage between 5W and 100W to match the GTi Dual Mesh coil installed in the iTank T, with Eco, Boost, and Pulse modes for different draw characters. The 0.96-inch TFT screen shows the active wattage, coil resistance, and battery status.
Vaporesso has not published a fixed hours-per-charge figure for the built-in 5500mAh cell; real-world runtime depends on the wattage and coil you run it at. The device recharges over USB Type-C fast charging and there is no battery to swap out mid-day.

As a general rule, running the GTi 0.4 ohm coil at the recommended 50-60W will draw less power per puff than the GTi 0.2 ohm coil at 60-75W, so real-world battery life will be noticeably shorter at higher wattages than the 100W maximum might suggest.
Never puncture, crush, or burn the device – a damaged built-in lithium battery can catch fire or explode, and because the cell is sealed inside, do not attempt to remove it yourself. Take the whole device to a battery-collection or e-waste recycling point rather than a household bin; check with your local Dubai Municipality or emirate’s waste-management authority for the nearest drop-off point. Empty the tank of any remaining e-liquid before recycling.

The iTank T is a top-fill, top-airflow-adjustable tank designed to resist leaking under normal use. As with any sub-ohm tank, make sure the coil is seated correctly and the O-rings are undamaged to minimise leak risk.
